Meet the Team

Jason Main is a Senior Vice President for The Capstone Planning Group. He has been a licensed Financial Advisor since 1990 and founded The Capstone Planning Group in 2000, which was originally called SSB Investment Services. 

Mr. Main holds various licenses including his Series 7 Securities License, Series 65 Investment Advisor License, Series 63 State License, and Series 24 General Principles License.  

Mr. Main is passionate about helping clients develop and implement financial plans to pursue their goals. His primary focus is retirement income planning, long-term asset management, and generational wealth transfers.  He also helps many business owners offer company-sponsored retirement plans.

During his career, Mr. Main has earned recognitions including LPL's Chairman's Club and LPL's Patriots Club.  These awards are given annually to the firms top producers around the country.

Mr. Main has been a long-time resident of Sturbridge, where he lives with his wife and two children.  He is an active member of the community and has been involved with the United Way, Rotary Club, YMCA, Tantasqua Education Foundation, Harrington Hospital, and New England Waves for the Brave. In his spare time, he enjoys golf, hockey, surfing, travel, and cooking.
