Maddy Gronski is an Investment Operations Associate with The Capstone Planning Group. In this role, she supports Financial Advisors and Clients with account openings, transfers, account maintenance, and more. Having held several roles at Cornerstone Bank, she brings a wealth of experience in banking, customer service, and financial literacy for all ages. 

A graduate of Middle Tennessee State University with a BBA in Marketing and Professional Selling, Maddy is passionate about building relationships and helping others feel confident in their financial futures. 

Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, hiking, and volunteering in her hometown of Woodstock, Connecticut.
